额头：

　　一般痘痘长在额头，表示心火旺，血液循环欠佳。回想一下，是不是最近的工作压力较大，脾气变得不好。如果是这样，恰巧额头又长痘痘，那就对了。所以要养成良好的生活习惯，保证充足的睡眠，多听音乐，放松心情。还要记得多喝开水。能有时间最好出去旅行，如果没有很长的假期，在周末找一些同城的人一起进行户外运动也好哦，舒解压力是最重要的哦！

　　左脸颊：

　　如果左脸颊的痘比较多，可能是肝功能不太好，肝脏的分泌、排毒或是造血功能出了问题。平时应该很容易感到疲劳和口渴，脾气急燥，应该保持作息正常，心情舒畅。饮食注重清热，泻肝火。如果觉得严重可以看中医，进行专业的调理。
右脸颊：

　　右脸发痘是肺火较大，或是体质容易过敏。也可能是感冒前兆。平时应注意呼吸道的保养，多喝开水，注意饮食，也可以用火罐拔肺经泻肺热。尽量避免海鲜等易过敏的食物。

　　鼻尖：

　　主要表现是胃火大，消化系统异常。麻子也有这样的经历，如果胃热或积食，鼻尖会暴痘。所以要少吃寒性食物。因为寒性食物容易引起胃酸分泌，造成胃火过大。另外，不要太晚才吃晚饭，睡前四小时进食比较合适.消化不好的MM，少食不好消化。
鼻翼：

　　多数是皮脂分泌较旺盛。也可能和卵巢机能或生殖系统有关。要加强补水，和及时清除毛孔污垢。不要过度纵欲或禁欲。多多享受健康自然的环境，可以到大自然多走走，拥有良好愉悦的心情。

　　唇周：

　　观察一下是否便秘，如果不改善便秘的情况，会导致体内毒素堆积。要有良好的饮食习惯，不要让宿便的养成损害你水嫩光滑的肌肤。平时也要多吃富含纤维的蔬菜水果，养成定时排便的好习惯。也可能是由于内分泌引起的，几点建议 1，注意饮食睡眠，不要吃刺激油腻的食物，不要熬夜，尽量早睡 2，注意皮肤补水 3，可以适当使用一些祛痘产品
　　下巴：

　　月经来的前几天痘痘常会在这个部位发痘，通常由内分泌失调引起。注意少吃冰冷的东西，尽量多吃清淡的食品。一般这个部位发痘的女生，都会有体寒之症，表现为四肢寒凉，最好平时多用热水泡手脚，坚持两个月以上冬季手脚就不会那么冷了。
